1. Overview
This website is operated by Glass Pen Workshop HoNoO ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.

2. Use of the site
You may not use our products or this site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of others, or that interferes with the operation of the site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or introduce any virus or harmful code.

3. Products
Our glass pens are handmade one at a time. Slight variations in thickness, length, color, and pattern are characteristic of handmade work and are not defects. We have made every effort to display product colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colors exactly.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product, to change product descriptions and prices at any time, and to discontinue any product. Prices are shown including Japanese consumption tax.

4. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. This includes orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers, orders with incorrect or incomplete information, and orders we are unable to fulfil. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, so that we can complete your order and contact you as needed.

5. Payment and shipping
Payment methods, shipping fees, and delivery times are described in the Shipping Policy and the Legal notice. Import duties and taxes charged in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

6. Returns, exchanges, and repairs
Returns and exchanges are covered by our Refund Policy. We do not accept returns for reasons of customer preference. Repairs to pen tips are covered by our Lifetime Free Repair Warranty, subject to its conditions; the warranty covers the repair work only, and shipping in both directions is paid by the customer.

7. Customer accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please contact us if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

8. Customer reviews and submissions
If you send us reviews, comments, photographs, or other material, we may use, edit, and publish them in connection with our shop without obligation to you. You are responsible for the content you submit, and it must not be unlawful, defamatory, or infringe the rights of others.

9. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, photographs, logos, and designs, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written consent.

10. Third-party links
This site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We do not guarantee that your use of this site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Glass pens are made of glass. Please handle them with care, keep them away from children, and do not use them in a way that could cause injury. We are not responsible for injury or damage resulting from misuse.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page, and it applies from the time it is posted.

14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kyoto District Court as the court of first instance.
