Shipping fee
- Flat fee: 6,000 JPY
- Free for orders of 100,000 JPY or more (tax included)
Processing time
Orders are usually shipped within about one week. During holiday seasons, or when an item needs to be made, it may take 1–2 months. Please contact us in advance if you need the item by a certain date.
Import duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Repair shipping
Shipping in both directions for a repair is paid by the customer. Please see the Refund Policy.
